Heat Transfers and Size Labels

Heat Transfer Size Labels Size labels are the labels that help you determine the size of your footwear. These labels are put inside (on the tongue or sole) the shoes to help you understand the size of the shoe. However, the placement of size labels can vary from shoe to shoe. They are the type of heat transfer that specifies the size of the product according to different geographical locations, for example, U.K. labels are different from U.S.A labels. How are the size labels & transfers made? The making of size labels is a time-consuming process. It goes through a line of operations before the final product reaches you. Mentioned below are the processes, passing through which a size label is made. 1. Design Procurement/ Development in Design Lab The client provides a reference sample to the design team for the size label. In the design lab, our technical experts design the exact sample using the specified software. 2. Design Analysis and Improved Sampling Once the sample is ready, then our experts inspect the design. Thereafter, they create a dummy sample. Further, it gets cross-checked by the concerned authorities. 3. Heat transfers Visual and Touch: Client Approval Soon after the dummy sample is approved by the authorities, we forward it to our respective client for approval. As soon as the client shows a green card, we begin with further procedures. 4. Bulk Production of Stickers/ Transfers/Labels The dummy sample approved by the client goes for bulk production. Replication of the sample then takes place in huge numbers as per the requirement of the client. 5. Dispatch premium quality 2D/3D transfer and Labels After the completion of bulk production, the packing of samples takes place. Thereafter, we further the size labels to the logistics department for dispatch. This is how the final product arrives at your door.
